UP Yoddha on a winning streak 8th win in a row, Yoddha's came prepared and they did every-thing right in a crucial match. Dabang Delhi succumbed under pressure. Dabang Delhi defense failed against UP Yoddha attack and could just score 4 tackle points against 10 tackle points by UP Yoddha.
Rishan Devadiga started the raid with a bonus while Meraj went back empty handed, a brilliant pursuit by Sachin eliminated Meraj Sheykh in the 2nd minute. Chandran Ranjit scored the first point for the team in the 2nd minute. Turning point of the game was 3 points raid by Prashanth Kumar Rai and UP Yoddha inflicted the fastest all-out of Prokabaddi season in under 4 minutes. UP Yoddha took 10 points massive lead in the 4th minute as the Dabang Delhi raiders were struggling to score a point. At the stroke of the half time UP Yoddha were on a commanding lead and walked out in break with 14 points cushion, with 27-13 score on board.
Dabang Delhi tried to make a comeback in the first 7 minutes of the first half back to back 2 raids by Pawan Kadian forced Nitesh Kumar and Narender out of the mat and UP Yoddha were reduced to 3 on the mat. In the 23rd minute Naveen was on raid and a brilliant super tackle by substitute Amit averted the all-out for some time, but Dabang Delhi managed to inflict the first all-out in the 26th minute score difference was narrowed to 10, with 31-21.
Moment of the match in the second half was 5 points raid by Prashanth Kumar Rai in the 28th minute, and UP Yoddha were in full control of the game with 14 points lead, 22-36. UP Yoddha inflicted the 2nd all-out in the 30th minute which was last nail in the Dabang Delhi's coffin. In the last 10 minutes Dabang Delhi added 10 points against UP Yoddha'a 4 points but failed against the massive early lead by UP Yoddha. With 45-33 final score UP Yoddha marched to the 2nd qualifier, where they will play against Guajart Fortunegiants to secure spot in the Prokabaddi season 6 finals.
Prashant Kumar Rai with his brilliant 13 points in 15 raid points once again proved valuable. He was ably supported by the captain Rishank Devadiga with his 8 points in 15 raid attempts. The duo of Nitesh Kumar and Jeeva Kumar once again proved to be lethal, 3 each tackle points in 4 tackle attempts for both. Dabang Delhi's defense on rout, Ravinder Pahal could just score 2 points and 4 unsuccessful tackle attempts while Joginder threw errors back to back and could just score 1 points and threw 5 unsuccessful tackles. Naveen Kumar once again scored super 10 in 13 raid attempts but failed to help his team win.
